AARKO-KI Ball Valves are manufactured from selected raw material in sizes from 1/4" to 4" Screwed pattern and DN 15 to 200 in flanged ends pattern. We have fully equipped laboratory. All other testing, manufacturing and necessary quality control facilities are available in the plant. Necessary quality control is exercised at every stage of manufacture by the trained engineering personals. The valves are so designed that the ball port is in alignment with the body throat  port in fully open position and design of our product provide adequate resistance against any permanent distortion under hydrostatic test conditions or against distortion under working condition. The stem of valve is so designed that its section and connection to the ball is capable of withstanding maximum operating torque, encountered in service. The valve wrench (Handle) is always parallel to the flow passage of the valve. Joints between bodies and body connectors in the case of flanged valves do not affect normal bolting or unbolting of the connecting pipe works. Face to face dimensions in the tables are for valves having plain flat faces, in case of raised face, face to face dimensions given in the tables are inclusive of raised face thickness. Threaded valves are provided with end faces with a smooth finish and at right angles to the threaded axis. All valves are throughly drained cleaned and suitably sealed to exclude any foreign matter during transit and storage.
